After initiating the account deletion, Riot Games requires 30 days to permanently remove it. During this time, your account will be inactive. Once the 30 days are up, your account, including your username, skins, and personal data, will be irreversibly deleted, allowing another player to potentially use your former username. You can contact support within 25 days to request that the account not be deleted.
Can You Restore Your Account After Deletion?
No, after 30 days, restoring your account is no longer possible. If your account was hacked and deleted, you might contact Riot Games support for assistance, but recovery is often not guaranteed, especially if the account was fully deleted.

A significant reason for deleting accounts is to help those struggling with gaming addiction. Excessive gaming can lead to job loss, dropping out of school, and social isolation, affecting players of all ages. Deleting an account can be a crucial step in regaining control over one's life, allowing individuals to focus on their studies or work without the distraction of games like LoL.
