With the changing seasons and the constant pull of unfinished games, a good night's sleep has become a rare luxury for me. That's why the aptly named "Good Sleep Day" event in Pokémon Sleep couldn't have come at a better time.

This special event occurs once a month for three days, aligning with the full moon to boost your Drowsy Power and enhance your research into various Pokémon sleep styles. Mark your calendars for March 13th to March 16th, as this event will be active across all regions, increasing your chances of encountering new sleep styles you haven't seen before.

On the night of the full moon, specifically Day 2, you'll benefit from Drowsy Power ×2, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×3, and an extra 1,000 bonus sleep points. Days 1 and 3 aren't far behind, offering Drowsy Power ×1.5, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×2, and 500 bonus sleep points.

During the event, you'll also notice an increased appearance of Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa, giving you the perfect opportunity to catch some quality zzz's and add them to your research.
