According to the listing, the new game boxes will be slightly larger than those of the original Nintendo Switch.
This speculation was visually explored in a Reddit post by user HertzBurst, who created a mock-up comparing the dimensions of the current Switch game case with the supposed new one. The leaked dimensions suggest that the Nintendo Switch 2 game cases will measure approximately 5.1 inches by 7.7 inches (13 cm by 19.5 cm). While these new cases will be larger than the compact cases Nintendo Switch users are accustomed to, they will still be significantly smaller than the standard cases used by Xbox Series X and S, as well as PlayStation 5 games.
