Nexon has announced the end of service (EOS) for *Dynasty Warriors M*, the mobile spin-off of the iconic *Dynasty Warriors* franchise. If you've been commanding your squad of legendary officers and dominating the battlefield, you'll want to savor every remaining moment. Nexon halted in-app purchases on December 19th, 2024, and while the official announcement didn't specify the reasons behind the shutdown, it expressed heartfelt gratitude to the community for their support.
To be frank, the end of service announcement for *Dynasty Warriors M* wasn't entirely unexpected, given the game's underwhelming performance. Launched by Nexon in collaboration with Koei Tecmo Games in November 2023, the game has only been around for a year.
*Dynasty Warriors M* will officially cease operations on February 20th, 2025. This marks the end of the Three Kingdoms' battlefield. The game's final chapter is set to be released this month.
*Dynasty Warriors M* offered a fresh twist on the classic hack-and-slash formula, blending the action-packed Musou gameplay with strategic elements. Players could collect and train 50 officers from five factions, navigating a vast map with 13 regions and 500 stages to conquer castles. The story mode immerses you in historic events like the Yellow Turban Rebellion and the Battle of Luoyang.
