HP Omen 35L RTX 4070 Super Gaming PC for $1,360
HP Omen 35L Intel Core Ultra 5 245K RTX 4070 Super Gaming PC with 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD
Original Price: $2,019.99 Sale Price: $1,359.99 (33% off) at HP. Use code 'DUO20'
This pre-built system boasts an Intel Core Ultra 5 245K CPU, GeForce RTX 4070 Super GPU, 16GB DDR5-6000MHz RAM, and a 512GB SSD. Apply code DUO20 at checkout to secure the discounted price.
The Intel Core Ultra 5, a 14-core Meteor Lake processor with a 5.2GHz max turbo frequency, excels in gaming and workstation tasks. Its AI-optimized NPU and improved power efficiency are key advantages. While upgrades to Core Ultra 7 or 9 are possible, the performance gains in high-resolution gaming are minimal due to GPU-bound limitations.
The RTX 4070 Super significantly outperforms the RTX 4070 (approximately 10-15% faster at 1440p), providing exceptional 1080p and 1440p gaming experiences with 60+fps in most titles. DLSS support makes it a surprisingly affordable option for 4K gaming as well. Consider higher-end GPUs only if you demand maximum 4K settings with ray tracing or extremely high frame rates (240fps+) at 1440p.
Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 FE GPU Review by Jacqueline Thomas:
"The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Super is the graphics card we should have got back when Nvidia first released its 4000-series cards. Performance is significantly improved over the original RTX 4070, along with more VRAM that should make the graphics card a little bit more future-proof. If you are in the market for a GPU and you have a budget, this is the best graphics card on the market for you."
What's New About the Omen 35L?
HP's redesigned Omen 35L chassis prioritizes cooling in a smaller form factor. Its use of standard components simplifies upgrades. Dual 140mm intake fans, a 120mm rear fan, and a 240mm AIO liquid cooler provide efficient heat dissipation.
