In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the choices you make during the Post Scriptum quest can significantly impact your gameplay and the lives of the characters involved. Here's a detailed look at the quest and the decisions you face.
How to Start Post Scriptum in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

To embark on the Post Scriptum quest, make your way to the Kuttenberg region. Locate the tavern just west of Kuttenberg city along the road and speak with the NPC named Kvyertsolav. This conversation will set you on the path of the quest, which involves writing a letter for the miners.
Write the Letter
Navigate to the house in Kuttenberg to assist Kvyertsolav with the letter. Upon entering, select the dialogue option, “Justice is worth more than silver.” As you draft the letter, you can choose to refine it, leave it as is, or make it more aggressive and concise. No matter your choice, the letter's impact remains the same. After completion, be prepared for the miners to turn on you. You can avoid harm by passing a Speech check and convincing them to let you go.
Should You Turn the Miners Over to the Bailiff?
If you successfully convince the miners to spare you, you'll have the option to betray them by turning them over to the bailiff. This choice ends the quest immediately and nets you a modest reward of 100 groschen. However, this is not the most rewarding outcome, so it's advisable to continue with the quest and take the letter to Markold instead.
Should You Help Markold or the Miners?

Once you reach the shaft owner's house, speak with the bodyguard to gain access to Markold upstairs. Here, you have three paths: blackmail Markold, hand over the letter, or collaborate with him to eliminate the miners. Blackmailing is not recommended due to the challenging Speech check and its abrupt end to the quest.
Opting to help Markold involves taking down three miners, resulting in a lesser reward of 60 groschen, which is not ideal. Instead, choose to support the miners by giving the letter to Markold as planned. He will reward you with seven groschen and direct you to meet some miners just north of the city.
Travel to the designated location and wait for the miners. Once at the camp, speak with Myslibor. Markold will soon arrive and attempt an attack. Assist the miners in defeating him to conclude the quest successfully. You'll receive 160 groschen from Myslibor and the satisfaction of improving the miners' working conditions.
By choosing to help the miners in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 during the Post Scriptum quest, you not only receive a more substantial reward but also contribute positively to the game's world.
