Since its inception in 1998, Rockstar has crafted over 30 games, birthing iconic series like Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption, and Manhunt. But which ones stand out as the best? Note that this ranking excludes titles like LA Noire and Max Payne 2, focusing solely on Rockstar-developed games, not those they've merely published. I've ranked them using an IGN Tier List, reflecting my personal enjoyment over the years. Check out my tier list below:

Red Dead Redemption 2 tops my list as my all-time favorite, comfortably securing an S-tier spot. It's joined by its predecessor and GTA 5, both trailblazers in the cinematic open-world genre. Max Payne 3, with its mesmerizing bullet time mechanics, and GTA San Andreas, a game I played far too young, also hold special places in my heart. At the other end of the spectrum, in the D-tier, you'll find titles like Austin Powers: Oh, Behave! and Welcome to My Underground Lair!, games that few would willingly revisit.
