The initial stages of the Winterfest mystery are relatively straightforward. Your first task is to survive long enough to speak with SGT. Winter and his companion Noir, located in Seaport City. Noir, the detective, presents you with a more challenging case that requires you to follow a trail on the map.
This quest directs you to the mountain south of Brutal Boxcars, near where Mariah Carey can be seen strolling. In this area, you'll need to locate and interact with three specific items to progress. Here's where to find these crucial items:
The first item is a dog statue reminiscent of those seen at Snoop Dogg's mansion in Chapter 2 Remix. You'll find it perched near the top of a hill, right at the end of a wooden fence.
The second item, a microphone stand, is located at the base of the mountain, next to a metal fence along the road. Although it blends in, it will glow when you're close enough to interact with it.
The final item, a turntable, is the most visible of the three. It's positioned down the road from the microphone stand, next to a kiosk.

After interacting with all three items, your next step is to find their owner. Climb up the mountain until you reach a cabin. Inside, you'll meet Santa Snoop, a holiday-themed version of the rapper. Engage in conversation with him to gather the necessary information. Once you've spoken with Santa Snoop, return to Noir in Seaport City to complete the first section of the Winterfest 2024 Quests.
