Fortnite enthusiasts are eagerly compiling their wishlists for 2025 skins, showcasing a blend of characters from beloved franchises such as Star Wars, Marvel, DC Comics, and more. The excitement around potential collaborations is palpable, with fans suggesting a variety of skins like General Grievous, Walter White, and Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption 2. These wishlists reflect the community's hopes and could influence Epic Games' decisions, given their history of successful collaborations.
The introduction of major collaboration characters like Godzilla and Big Hero 6 in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 sets the stage for more exciting drops throughout 2025. Since its launch, Fortnite has soared in popularity, thanks to its innovative gameplay and high-profile streamers like Ninja. Each season brings fresh content, including a wide array of collaborative cosmetics with franchises ranging from Star Wars and DC Comics to Dragon Ball Z and the NFL. Alongside these, Fortnite has its own iconic skins like Renegade Raider, Jonesy, Peely, and Fishstick, offering gamers an extensive selection of both new and familiar characters.
Reddit user Ihatesmartcars2 recently shared their ideal Fortnite skins for 2025, featuring characters from diverse universes like Marvel, Star Wars, and Valve games. The list also includes characters from One Piece and Five Nights at Freddy's, both of which have been rumored for Fortnite for some time. A Tyler the Creator Icon Series skin, depicted with his IGOR persona's blonde bowl-cut wig, has garnered significant excitement among fans, who suggest additional variants and even a Fortnite Festival concert for the rapper.
Epic Games often solicits community feedback through surveys, which may lead to the realization of some of these fan-requested skins. Beyond Ihatesmartcars2's list, other Reddit users have proposed additional skins, including more characters from Star Wars, DC Comics, and even other characters from Breaking Bad like Jesse, Saul, and Mike. Fans have also suggested the inclusion of other DC Comics Robins and Wednesday Addams. While collaborations with Star Wars, DC, and Marvel seem likely due to existing precedents, some fans have noted that collaborations with Rockstar Games and Valve might be challenging due to their policies on crossovers and competition in the PC market.
With Fortnite continuously evolving, new cosmetics are introduced every season, and the addition of Kicks shoes has opened up new possibilities for the Locker slots. The potential for 2025 is vast, promising even more exciting collaborations and innovative cosmetic options for players.
