Rikzu Games has unveiled its newest Android title - Cub8, a rhythm-based arcade experience testing players' precision. Their previous mobile release was Shapeshifter: Animal Run, an endless runner with magical mechanics launched in October 2024.
About Rikzu Games
The developer specializes in innovative twists on classic genres. Their portfolio includes unique titles like Patience Balls: Zen Physics, Galaxy Swirl: Hexa Endless Run, Leap: A Dragon's Adventure, and Rotato Cube - each offering distinctive gameplay styles.
What Makes Cub8 Special?
Cub8 is a rhythm challenge demanding flawless execution. Each tap rotates a cube, with perfect alignment required to continue. A single mistake ends the run immediately.
The game immerses players in a mesmerizing infinite zoom effect layered with neon visuals blending retro arcade aesthetics with futuristic styling.
Players unlock new stages every 10 successful taps, with eight increasingly challenging levels featuring evolving mechanics and shifting musical landscapes.
Gameplay Features
Advanced stages introduce:
Hazard cubes that disrupt timing
Deceptive decoy blocks
Tempo changes requiring rapid reflexes
The electronic soundtrack, featuring techno and glitch elements, is synchronized perfectly with gameplay mechanics. Headphones are strongly recommended for optimal play.
Customization & Competition
Players can unlock:
Hydraulic press skins
Game-extending power-ups
A global leaderboard tracks top performers worldwide.
Cub8 is available now as a free download on the Google Play Store.
