Netflix has unveiled the thrilling final trailer for Electric State, the upcoming sci-fi adventure from Anthony and Joe Russo, the directors behind Avengers: Endgame. The trailer introduces Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things) as a determined young woman and Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy) as a captivating drifter.
Set in a post-apocalyptic America, ravaged by a technological collapse, Electric State follows the protagonist's perilous journey across the American frontier in search of her missing brother. She's accompanied by a charming, whimsical yellow robot, a quirky contrast to the film's bleak setting. Their journey leads them to a mysterious wanderer who may hold the answers to the mysteries surrounding their fractured world. Inspired by Simon Stålenhag's stunning graphic novels, the film promises a captivating blend of adventure and emotional depth.
Joining Brown and Pratt in this cinematic adventure are Woody Harrelson (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri), Anthony Mackie (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier), Ke Huy Quan (Everything Everywhere All at Once), Billy Bob Thornton (Goliath), and Giancarlo Esposito (Better Call Saul). With a script penned by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely (Avengers: Infinity War), Electric State is set to enthrall audiences when it premieres on Netflix, March 14, 2025.
