Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test

FromSoftware describes the network test as a "preliminary verification test" where selected testers will experience a segment of the game before its full release. The test aims to perform various technical verifications of online systems through large-scale network load tests, ensuring the servers can handle numerous players simultaneously.
The Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test is scheduled to run from February 14 to February 16, 2025. Participants can engage in five different 3-hour test sessions:
- Session 1: February 14th from 3 AM to 6 AM PT
- Session 2: February 14th from 7 PM to 10 PM PT
- Session 3: February 15th from 11 AM to 2 PM PT
- Session 4: February 16th from 3 AM to 6 AM PT
- Session 5: February 16th from 7 PM to 10 PM PT
Scammers and Scalpers Already On The Move
Be cautious, as there are reports of ongoing scams related to the Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test. Scammers have been sending fake invites on Steam, which, when clicked, redirect users to malicious sites that hack into their accounts and spam their friend lists with the same deceptive invite. Remember, FromSoftware only uses their official website and social media for network test registration and confirmations; any other links are likely unauthorized or harmful.
Additionally, scalpers have jumped into action, listing "confirmed test codes" on various online marketplaces even before the codes are available to participants on February 11. These listings are being sold at exorbitant prices ranging from $150 to $200, with some even being auctioned off.
Elden Ring Nightreign was first unveiled at the Game Awards 2024 and is slated for release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. While FromSoftware has set a 2025 release window, an exact date has yet to be announced.
