DC x Sonic the Hedgehog is crafted by the talented duo behind Sonic the Hedgehog, writer Ian Flynn and artist Adam Bryce Thomas. The debut issue boasts striking cover art by Pablo M. Collar and Ethan Young.
The storyline kicks off with Darkseid, the iconic DC villain, making a leap from the DC Universe into the Sonic universe, driven by his desire to harness a formidable new power. To thwart his plans of conquering a new dimension, the Justice League must join forces with Team Sonic in a thrilling alliance.
This crossover is just one facet of a broader partnership between Warner Bros. and Sega, which also includes a range of exclusive toys and collectibles available at Target. The initial offerings feature a unique line of T-shirts and hoodies showcasing Shadow the Hedgehog dressed as Batman.
Priced at $17.99, this exclusive T-shirt can be found at Target.
Mark your calendars: DC x Sonic the Hedgehog #1 is set to hit the shelves on Wednesday, March 19.
In other comic book news, Marvel has unveiled a new Thunderbolts team with an impressive lineup, and we're excited to offer an exclusive preview of the finale of TMNT: The Last Ronin II.
