Disney has unveiled exciting new details for the upcoming event, Destination D23: A Journey Around the Worlds of Disney, with tickets going on sale on April 14, 2025. This immersive experience is set to take place at Walt Disney World's Coronado Springs Resort from August 29 to 31, 2025. Attendees can look forward to a variety of exclusive presentations from the Walt Disney Archives and Walt Disney Studios, along with spectacular entertainment, peeks into the vast worlds of Disney, and a range of unique interactive and shopping experiences.
To secure your spot at this highly anticipated event, you must be a D23 Gold Member when tickets go on sale at 10am PT/1pm ET on April 14. The entry-level D23 Gold Membership is priced at $49.99 per year and offers numerous benefits, including access to other exclusive events and merchandise. General admission tickets for Destination D23 are priced at $299, with a limited number of Preferred ($549) and Premiere ($799) tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis. These tickets include dedicated queues for reserved seating areas, and D23 Gold Members can reserve a ticket for themselves and one guest.
The event promises over 25 specially curated presentations from across The Walt Disney Company, along with an exclusive D23 Shopping Spree experience. While specific details on the presentations are still forthcoming, shopping enthusiasts will be thrilled to visit The Walt Disney Company Store, Mickey's of Glendale, Disney Studio Store Hollywood, and Ink & Paint Marketplace for the most coveted merchandise.
On August 30, all attendees are invited to join the D23 Kuzcotopia Night at Typhoon Lagoon to celebrate 25 years of The Emperor's New Groove. The following evening, August 31, will feature the Disney '80s-'90s Celebration in Concert, with Broadway and Disney Animation stars delivering an unforgettable performance.
Additionally, fans can enjoy The Walt Disney Archives: Charting the Course, Disney Global Stories & Inspirations, which showcases the diverse cultures that have influenced Disney's beloved experiences. Highlights include Dwayne Johnson's Jungle Cruise costume, animation maquettes from The Lion King and Mulan, and original puppets from EPCOT's Tapestry of Nations.
