Mini Motorways is embarking on a European adventure with the Spires and Tires update, whisking players away to the picturesque streets of Copenhagen, Denmark. This update, available now, introduces a fresh map inspired by Copenhagen's iconic skyline dotted with spires, its commitment to sustainability, and its charming waterways.
Copenhagen's map isn't just easy on the eyes; it also brings back train lines for the first time since the 10-year Miniversary Update. These reintroduced railways add a new dimension to your traffic management challenges, requiring you to balance road networks with efficient public transit. In a city celebrated for its eco-conscious urban planning, you'll need to adopt sustainable strategies to keep the traffic moving smoothly.
But that's not all - the Spires and Tires update also enhances Cinematic Mode, originally introduced in the Down Under update. Now, you can take breathtaking photos of your city with smoother camera movements and the ability to follow individual commuters as they navigate your meticulously designed streets. Whether you want to showcase your perfectly optimized city or a hilarious traffic jam, Cinematic Mode lets you capture it all.
If you're up for a challenge, this update also includes new Daily, Weekly, and City challenges, along with new achievements to unlock. Keep an eye out for a hidden visual Easter egg tucked away in the spire-filled skyline.

Casey Lucas-Quaid, Community Manager at Dinosaur Polo Club, shared her enthusiasm for the update: “Sometimes the grass really is greener on the other side. We’ve always had a soft spot for Copenhagen anytime our team has visited.”
“It’s great to honour a place we love that walks the walk of aiming for sustainable urban design, something our studio is very passionate about. This new map pairs perfectly with our new Cinematic Mode, so you can either relive or daydream your European holiday.”
