In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, some quests are locked until you reach Kuttenberg, but once there, you can freely travel between regions. Here's a detailed guide on how to complete the "Under the Straw Hat" quest, which becomes available after you arrive in Kuttenberg.

Before embarking on "Under the Straw Hat," you must first initiate the "In Vino Veritas" side quest in Kuttenberg. Upon arrival, locate Casper Rudolf on the west side of the city, where he's offering free wine samples. Casper seeks your help to enhance his wine by gathering information.
You have two paths to proceed: directly approach Havel with your wine knowledge or retrieve Casper's book from Adleta to deepen your understanding. If you choose to meet Havel directly, ensure you're dressed in fine attire and well-groomed. During your conversation with Havel, select "Germany," "Steinberger," and "It’s missing ginger" as your responses to extract the necessary information. Return to Casper with your findings.
Access the Vineyard

Next, Casper tasks you with infiltrating a vineyard north of Kuttenberg to learn more about the incense Havel mentioned. Avoid trespassing by sticking to the main road into the vineyard and speaking with the recruiter, who will initiate the "Under the Straw Hat" quest. Continue along the road, pass the guard at the estate entrance, and find Jerome on a bench. Inform Jerome that you've been instructed to report there, and he'll brief you on vineyard work.
Working at the Vineyard

Your vineyard job begins the following day. After resting, return to the vineyard in the morning. To earn wages, you'll need to move sacks to their designated spots and harvest plants like Thistle around the vines. Alternatively, you can skip the work and head straight for the secret incense.
The incense is stored in the wine cellar, located in the main building's basement, where you met Jerome. Accessing this area is risky, as it's off-limits even to workers. You'll need either a lockpick or to steal the keys from Jerome to enter the cellar. Inside, locate a chest and take all the Sulphur Wicks. This action completes the main objective, but you can also collect seedlings for Casper to boost your reward. From the main building's entrance, head straight to the opposite door to find the seedlings. Be swift, as this is another restricted area.
If you choose to work, report to Jerome at day's end for your pay. Otherwise, return to Casper with the wicks and, if collected, the seedlings.
Completing these steps will successfully finish both "Under the Straw Hat" and "In Vino Veritas" quests in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, allowing you to progress to other side quests like "Master Schindel’s Toys."
*Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.*
