Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is a turn-based RPG developed by the French studio Sandfall Interactive. It incorporates real-time elements into its battle system and is set in a dark fantasy world. In this world, a powerful being known as the Paintress awakens annually to paint a number on her monolith, causing everyone of that age to vanish. As the game begins, the Paintress is about to wake and paint the number 33. You play as Expedition 33, a group of 33-year-olds determined to stop her.
