Netflix and Gameloft have just released an exciting new update for the Carmen Sandiego game, where the iconic thief is on a mission in Japan during the stunning Cherry Blossom Festival. This isn't a leisurely trip; Carmen is hard at work, diving into a thrilling new case called the Free FestiVILE. This limited-time event runs from April 7th to May 4th, so don't miss out!
Your mission? To track down the culprits who have stolen the sacred Shinboku tree. You'll be following leads, piecing together clues, and racing against time to uncover the mastermind behind this daring heist. All while immersing yourself in the breathtaking Japanese scenery, from the serene Tokyo shrines to the vibrant cherry blossoms. As a bonus, you can unlock a traditional happi coat for Carmen, adding a touch of Japanese culture to her usual red trenchcoat.

For fans of the original series, there's a nostalgic treat in store. The iconic theme song by Rockapella is making a grand return in the game, featured in both the Standard and Deluxe Editions. If you're a fan of the Netflix animated reboot, you'll appreciate the game's nod to its high-stakes missions and clever capers, with Carmen continuing her mission to protect cultural treasures from crooks.
If you haven't yet experienced the game and you're a Netflix subscriber, now's the perfect time to download it from the Google Play Store. The cherry blossoms won't last forever, and neither will this thrilling caper!
