Bennett Takes The Spotlight Again In Upcoming Genshin Impact 5.0 Livestream

The excitement for Natlan in Genshin Impact is reaching a fever pitch, and the hype train shows no signs of slowing down. Genshin Impact has officially announced the date for the much-anticipated Natlan special program, sending waves of excitement throughout the community. The live stream is set to kick off on Twitch and YouTube this Friday at 12:00 AM (UTC-4).

The poster for the special program, titled "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," has already been released, promising a deep dive into Natlan's offerings, including official banners and free rewards.

The Bennett Debate: Freebie or Overkill?

Let’s tackle the burning question on everyone’s mind – the free Bennett. While many fans were expecting to receive Kachina, the native of Natlan, for free, it appears that Hoyoverse had other plans. Instead, players will receive Bennett, the adventurous 4-star character, as the free character during the Genshin Impact Special Program.

Rumors suggest that Bennett hails from Natlan, which technically aligns with the theme. To claim him, players will need to complete a world quest. Unfortunately, Kachina won’t be available for free. Despite the tradition of offering a character from the new region to aid in exploration, Hoyoverse seems to be breaking from tradition this time around.

Free Pulls Galore

Now, let’s focus on what has everyone’s Primogem radar buzzing – the free pulls. Initially set at 113 pulls, then reduced to 110, and now finalized at 115, the number of free pulls has settled. If you manage to complete everything in version 5.0, you can expect to receive 115 pulls. Even if you don’t have the time to grind endlessly, you're still looking at around 90 free pulls.

With version 5.0 set to launch on August 28th, we're also approaching Genshin Impact's 4th anniversary, which means additional rewards. Hoyoverse is introducing a 7-day login event that will grant players ten fates, 1600 Primogems, an unrestrained pet, and a gadget. When you add up the rewards from daily commissions, world quests, Spiral Abyss runs, and events, you're looking at approximately 18,435 Primogems, equivalent to 115 wishes.
