At the start of the year, Amazon showcased a newly launched 27-inch AOC Q27G4ZD gaming monitor, boasting a QD-OLED panel, 2560x1440 resolution, and a 240Hz refresh rate—all for just $470. It sold out rapidly but is now back, priced even lower. This is the lowest price we’ve encountered for a genuine OLED gaming monitor, surpassing even the deals offered during Black Friday or Cyber Monday. As a prominent global seller of gaming monitors, AOC, a Taiwanese brand, continues to deliver impressive products.

The AOC Q27G4ZD is a 27-inch QHD (2560x1440) resolution monitor offering a solid 108ppi pixel density. With a 240Hz refresh rate, it caters well to FPS gamers, and it’s G-Sync certified for smoother gameplay. Utilizing a Samsung QD-OLED panel, it combines the brightness of quantum dots with the superior black levels, wide color gamut, and ultra-fast response times characteristic of OLED displays. Specifications highlight its HDR True Black 400 certification and a color range of 110% DCI-P3 and 148% sRGB.
In terms of connectivity, the monitor features two HDMI 2.0 ports and two DisplayPort 1.4 ports. Built-in speakers are included for moments when headphones aren’t needed. AOC provides a three-year warranty with a zero-bright-pixel guarantee.
While we haven’t reviewed this monitor yet, OLED technology typically comes with a premium price tag. This presents an exceptional opportunity to acquire an OLED-equipped monitor at an affordable price.
