Amazon Prime Day is in full swing, and while numerous great offers exist, the standout discounts originate from Amazon's Resale section - the marketplace's official certified refurbished program. You'll typically find deep discounts here, but Prime Day sweetens the deal with an **additional 30% off coupon** that automatically applies at checkout. This stacks with existing discounts across eligible items including the PlayStation Portal, Nintendo Switch consoles, Google Pixel devices, and PC components.
Amazon certifies pre-owned products with quality grades, and most featured here carry "Like New" ratings. Many such items remain completely unused - they might simply be customer returns with minor packaging imperfections. This presents an opportunity to acquire essentially brand-new products at significant markdowns. All Amazon Resale purchases come with the standard 30-day return policy matching regular Amazon purchases, giving buyers ample time for evaluation.

1. Prioritize testing purchases within the 30-day window. Unlike new items, pre-owned products require thorough inspection for potential hidden issues.
2. For electronics, stick to "Like New" condition whenever possible to minimize risk. The slight price premium offers better assurance of functionality.
3. Avoid bulky items that would be difficult to return. Focus on products that can be easily transported to return centers if needed.
Amazon's Condition Guide:
| Used - Like New | Fully functional. May lack original packaging. Includes all accessories. |
| Used - Very Good | Minimal wear. May have cosmetic blemishes. Possible missing minor accessories. |
Amazon's expanded four-day Prime Day event (July 8-11) features most deals launching in the first 48 hours. Expect limited-time offers throughout the duration, with most expiring at midnight on the final day. This extended format provides more flexibility for bargain hunters.
