The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card hit the market in late February with an official price tag of $749.99, but finding one at this price is nearly impossible. The Blackwell lineup, including the RTX 5070 Ti, has seen rampant price increases from both individual sellers and manufacturers alike, making it challenging to secure one for less than $1,000.
However, there's a smart workaround to avoid these price hikes: opting for a prebuilt gaming PC. Currently, Amazon offers CyberpowerPC RTX 5070 Ti gaming desktops starting at $2,069.99. This is a compelling deal, especially since the RTX 5070 Ti's performance closely matches that of the RTX 4080 Super, not even considering the added benefits of DLSS 4. For comparison, the best deal on an RTX 4080 Super gaming PC from HP is priced at $2,299.99. Unless you have a specific brand preference, choosing one of these prebuilt options could be the more economical choice.

My top pick among these configurations is the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme, featuring an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, an RTX 5070 Ti GPU, 32GB of RAM, and a 2TB SSD. As noted by Jackie Thomas in her review of the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, "the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D is extremely powerful in games, which makes it easier to recommend than other recent processors like the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K or Ryzen 9 9900X. Especially if you’re building a rig with a powerful graphics card, the 9800X3D is going to be the best way to get the most performance."
Among all the Blackwell cards released so far, the RTX 5070 Ti stands out as offering the best value. It delivers performance comparable to the RTX 4080 Super and even outshines the RTX 5080, which is only about 10%-15% faster yet 33% more expensive. This GPU excels at delivering high framerates in nearly all games, even at 4K resolution with ray tracing enabled. For those interested in AI applications, the RTX 5070 Ti might be a better investment than the RTX 50870, as both come equipped with the same 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM.
"At $749, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti is the best 4K graphics card for most people, delivering much better value than either the RTX 5080 or 5090. Across my entire test suite, this GPU soared at 4K, coming within striking distance of much more expensive graphics cards, and that’s before taking multi-frame generation into account, which will make the RTX 5070 Ti even better at hitting extremely high framerates, albeit with a hit to latency."

HP is currently offering its flagship HP Omen 45L gaming PC, equipped with a 14th-gen Intel Core i7-14700K CPU and GeForce RTX 4080 Super GPU, for $2,299.99 after a $700 instant discount. This powerhouse can handle any game at up to 4K resolution and offers performance nearly identical to the new RTX 5070 Ti GPU, with only a 10% performance gap compared to the RTX 5080 GPU. It also features the same VRAM capacity, though it uses GDDR6 instead of GDDR7.
