Dell is currently offering an Alienware Aurora R16 gaming PC featuring the latest GeForce RTX 5080 GPU for just $2,399.99, including shipping. This is one of the most competitive prices available right now for a prebuilt system equipped with the RTX 5080. In comparison, other major brands have been steadily increasing their prices since the RTX 50 series launched in January. The only other Alienware model with an RTX 5080 costs over $4,000. Building your own PC with a standalone GPU is nearly impossible, as prices for individual components are skyrocketing.

This Alienware Aurora R16 gaming PC comes equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265F CPU, GeForce RTX 5080 GPU, 16GB of DDR5-5200MHz RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD. The RTX 5080 is one of three new Blackwell graphics cards released, all of which are currently impossible to find individually. In our Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 FE review, Jackie noted that while the RTX 5080 may not offer a significant performance leap over the RTX 4080 for users with recent GPUs, it provides a substantial upgrade for those with older hardware, particularly when utilizing Nvidia’s AI features.

RTX 5080 and 5090 GPUs Are Sold Out Everywhere

The initial wave of Nvidia GeForce RTX 50-series GPUs sold out within the first hour of preorders. The RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 were the first to launch, followed by the RTX 5070 Ti in February. Prebuilt gaming PCs with these GPUs are also scarce, with most options either out of stock, marked up in price, or delayed in shipping.
