May 2025 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Revealed

Sony has unveiled an exciting lineup of games coming to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for May 2025, as announced in a detailed PlayStation.Blog post. This month's additions promise a diverse range of gaming experiences for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers, set to be available starting May 20, 2025.

Subscribers at the Extra tier have access to an impressive selection of nine new titles across PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The spotlight shines on Sand Land, an action RPG based on the iconic manga by Akira Toriyama, offering fans a thrilling new adventure. Other notable additions include Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition and the comprehensive S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy. The latter's Enhanced Edition, announced for PS5 along with PC and Xbox Series X | S, is also scheduled for release on May 20. GSC Game World has confirmed that owners of the original trilogy on consoles will receive the Enhanced Edition at no additional cost, though it remains uncertain if this offer extends to PlayStation Plus subscribers.

For PlayStation Plus Premium members, Battle Engine Aquila joins the catalog as a classic title. This sci-fi action game, playable on both PS4 and PS5, puts players in control of a versatile war vehicle capable of combat in both aerial and terrestrial environments.
