VIDA is a digitally native brand dedicated to building a sustainable mobility ecosystem. The My VIDA app serves as an integrated component, supporting the entire consumer journey from ownership onwards. It connects key vehicle functions that can be managed remotely via the app using Wi-Fi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and cloud connectivity.

Key features of the My VIDA app include: Over Wi-Fi – turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call answering/rejection, missed call alerts, SMS alerts, and phone status (network, battery, and app connection). Over cloud connectivity – remote immobilization, live tracking, share scooter location, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall detection, accident), geofencing, Incognito mode, custom driving modes, and OTA updates. Over BLE – lock/unlock, ignition on/off, boot open, and Ping my Scooter.

Users can also schedule charging at nearby stations, plan commutes and routes ahead of time, and request service at home, on the road, or at a service center. Plus, customize your ride to match the terrain or your mood.
