SMSBUS Electronic Ticketing System

Experience cashless travel on public transport in Kazakhstan by paying directly from your mobile phone balance—convenient and commission-free.

Passengers must present their electronic ticket on their phone to the driver or fare inspection personnel for verification.

Your e-ticket remains valid until you reach the final stop and can be found in the "Valid Tickets" section. Past tickets are available for review under "Travel details".

Common reasons a payment from your phone balance may fail:

- The number is registered as a corporate line;

- An outstanding trust payment is pending;

- The balance has not been topped up since the number was activated;

- The initial balance allowance has not been used up;

- The SIM card was replaced within 24 hours before the payment attempt.

Passengers can open a virtual transport card for free in the app. Self-service registration is available for standard and school cards. For other subsidized cards, please visit the company's office with the required documents.

You can top up your virtual transport card using the card number directly in this app or through other services like Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank (homebank), and more.

System permissions used by the app:

1) Camera – to scan QR codes and operate the QR scan feature.

2) Location – to display accurate city maps, automatically identify your bus for easier fare payment (by matching GPS data), and to plan routes from your current location to any destination. You can input stops via the map or by typing addresses. The routing algorithm includes transfer information.
