Super Mario Odyssey: Cascade Kingdom's 50 Purple Coins – A Complete Guide

This guide details the locations of all fifty elusive purple coins hidden within the Cascade Kingdom in Super Mario Odyssey. Let's dive in!

Purple Coins 1-3

These three coins are easily spotted near the starting flagpole, at the edge of the initial area.

Purple Coins 4-6

From the starting flagpole, head left past the white top hats (used to create platforms). A trio of purple coins awaits on a nearby ledge. Use your camera for a better view.

Purple Coins 7-9

Travel east, past the first Chain Chomp. You'll find these coins on a lower ledge.

Purple Coins 10-12

Venture under the bridge connecting the first and western sections. Three purple coins are submerged beneath the water.

Purple Coins 13-15

Climb the pole south of the T-Rex. Search behind nearby rocks to uncover three more coins.

Purple Coins 16-18

Behind and to the left of the wrecked Odyssey ship, locate a rock platform concealing three purple coins.

Purple Coins 19-22

Ascend the platform southwest of the nearby checkpoint flag. Here you'll discover four purple coins.

Purple Coins 23-25

In the Chain Chomp area near the T-Rex, explore the left side of the mountain. You'll find white platform hats and three purple coins.

Purple Coins 26-28

After breaking the large wall near the T-Rex and Chain Chomps (leading to the Stone Bridge checkpoint), look right and up from the nearby sign. Three coins are perched on distant platforms.

Purple Coins 29-31

Before entering the pipe leading to the 2D minigame, locate a large stone platform on the backside of the mountain.

Purple Coins 32-34

Before the 2D section pipe, search behind rocks to the left for more hidden coins.

Purple Coins 35-37

Circle around the left side of the waterfall. You'll find white platforming hats and more purple coins.

Purple Coins 38-40

After defeating the bunny boss, return to the northwest corner of the area. Three coins and a Power Moon await.

Purple Coins 41-43

Explore the north side of the T-Rex's structure. Three hidden coins are tucked away in a small alcove.

Purple Coins 44-47

Near the bridge with spiky monsters, enter a nearby door to access a secret challenge. Above and to the left of the rising and falling platforms, you'll find four more purple coins.

Purple Coins 48-50

The final three coins are hidden in a secret cavern beneath the waterfall.
